JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1. Operations & Technical Inputs 

• Financial Modeling Activity-Based Costing & Tender Cost Sheets 

• Commercial & Risk - Escalation, Statutory Levies & Contingencies 

• Budgeting & Pricing - IRR/NPV, Break-Even & Competitive Bidding 

2. BID AWARD 

• Control & Tracking - Cost Accounting, Standard Costing & Variance Analysis 

• Data Analytics & MIS - Cost Dashboards & Historical Database Feedback
