VACANCY DETAILS :-
Financial & Management Reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, including P&L, cost center, and variance reports.
- Support preparation of management dashboards and performance metrics for leadership review.
- Perform actual vs budget vs forecast analysis and highlight key drivers and risks.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports in line with reporting calendars.
- Support automation and standardization of reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Cost Accounting & Analysis
- Perform detailed cost accounting activities, including product/service costing, standard costing, and cost allocations.
- Analyze fixed and variable costs, and track cost center performance.
- Conduct cost variance analysis (labor, material, overhead) and provide root-cause insights.
- Support margin and profitability analysis at product, customer, or project level.
- Assist in identifying cost optimization opportunities and tracking savings initiatives.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support
- Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning activities.
- Consolidate cost inputs from multiple stakeholders and ensure data accuracy.
- Track budget utilization and flag potential overruns or inefficiencies.
Controls, Compliance & Data Integrity
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS) and internal policies.
- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and cost audits by providing data and analysis.
Maintain strong controls over cost data, master data, and reporting assumptions.
