JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Process Support:
• Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (02C) processes, including invoicing, payments, cash application, collections, and reconciliations.
Month-End Close Assistance:
• Assist in month-end close activities, including the preparation of journal entries and bank reconciliations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure the smooth functioning of financial processes.
• Harmonize with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to address and resolve issues.
Timeline Management:
• Adhere to strict close timelines and communicate progress and updates on a timely basis.
• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate documentation for all financial processes.
• Support audit requirements and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreernents (SLAs) and timelines.
Role Flexibility: Genpact is seeking proactive and adaptable individuals.
