JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Assist the HOD in strengthening internal control systems and enhancing operational effectiveness.
- Plan and conduct risk-based internal audits across business functions and manufacturing units.
- Coordinate with Plant Heads and key stakeholders to evaluate processes and assess control effectiveness.
- Prepare, review, and present audit reports and recommendations to management.
- Monitor audit observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance and risk management.
