JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Audit & Regulatory Management
- Lead statutory audit from planning to closure.
- Manage tax audit and compliance deliverables.
- Ensure closure of audit observations.
- Prepare complete Financial as per company law schedules including disclosures.
2. GST & Taxation
- Own end-to-end GST compliance including returns, reconciliations and audits.
- Strengthen GSTR2A reconciliation and optimize input tax credit.
- Drive continuous improvement in GST processes.
- Perform reconciliation of tax balances and critical balance sheet items.
- Manage ITR-6 filing and transfer pricing compliance.
3. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Support to Manager in drive monthly, quarterly and annual financial close with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP / US GAAP.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely closure of books.
- Support leadership with reliable financial insights.
4. Compliance, Controls & Governance
- Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance.
- Manage statutory compliance tracking.
- Implement regulatory and policy updates.
- Develop systems to track tax and compliance changes.
5. Global Projects & Transformation
- Support global finance initiatives and process improvements.
- Drive automation and efficiency projects.
