✔ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
✔ Oversee product costing and cost optimization strategies
✔ Manage banking operations and ensure efficient fund flow
✔ Ensure accurate MIS reporting and profitability analysis
✔ Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial policies
✔ Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
✔ Identify financial risks and recommend control measures
✔ Lead and manage the finance team
✔ Coordinate with internal departments and senior management
