Level 1 support for ERP finance, work with business users, understand and propose solution.

Escalate to next level of support, work with Infor demonstrate, reproduce issues and work on speedy resolution.

Work with business to resolve data issues, work with admin to refine master data.

Assist business team in reconciliation of reports.

Prepare and release regular status reports.
