JOB DESCRIPTION :-

This is a major transformation project to implement harmonized and simplified business processes enabled by an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system utilizing SAP S/4 HANA business suite. The project will replace legacy solutions across these markets and will implement the PGT solution for Record to Report (RTR), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Make to Deploy (MTD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Forecast to Schedule (FTS), and Trade Promotional Management (TPM)

Objectives of the role:

- This role will be directly responsible for leadership of Cost Accounting process leveraging SAP S4 Cost Accounting solution with PGT Template for Europe, AMESA & APAC Sector SAP deployments through PGT Program.
- This role ensures Global Template solution supports the SAP S/4 Record to Report (RTR) process for PepsiCo’s Legal entities, solves for any design gap within the template governance and delivers deployments successfully.
- This role collaborates in standardization of the business processes and ensuring that the configured system confirms to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business.
- This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology (PAM) principles for the Global Template project.
- This role will also be accountable for the integration other key functions in other value streams, such as MTD,EAM,PTP, OTC & TPM and local applications (primarily for legal compliance around tax and returns).

Accountabilities

• Drive end to end delivery of the in-scope PGT projects in the sector for Revenue and Cost Accounting , - Accountable to partner with the Business leads and Global Solution Design leads to deploy the end to end solution for the sector.
• Decision-making for Revenue and Cost Accounting , localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable
• Collaborate with the Revenue and Cost Accounting Global Process Leads to implement and deploy the Global Template – Consult/Execute
• Partner with RTR Leaders in Revenue and Cost Accounting space to propose, review and validate solutions required for deployment – Accountable
• Guide Cost Accounting Deployment team (PepsiCo and Partner) on solution simplification - Accountable
• Work with extended partner team in reviewing all Configuration Requests and Change requests within sprint.
• Partner with the MTD, PTP, TPM and OTC team on the Inventory, Product Costing and Revenue, to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution – Consult / Execute
• Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities – Consult / Execute
• Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors – Consult / Execute
• Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology – Consult / Execute
• Work closely and collaborate with scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute
• Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies – identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute
o Adopt and adhere to PAM principles and values
o Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste
o Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged
o Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.
• Owns vendor partnerships with service provider vendors – Accountable to ensure vendors are meeting their project commitments in compliance with Master Service agreements and SOW’s.
• Ensures adherence to the internal IT operating model, including technology standards, project life cycle methodology, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures, SLAs and controls compliance – Accountable to ensure proper governance is followed for all Supply Chain Execution areas.
• Own the hiring, onboarding, performance management and career and talent development for PepsiCo associates assigned to the data streams across projects – Accountable to ensure performance management activities are in place
• Own project status / communication for all related work in the project – Accountable to ensure project status reporting is done weekly and senior exec level communications are timely and accurate
