POST NAME - Senior Executive Plant Cost Analyst
QUALIFICATION - CMA
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 4 Years
LOCATION - Jhagadia
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Controlling & Reporting of Jhagadia CapEx Budget, Asset Capitalization, Asset Write off, Etc.
- Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports (Production Report, Slow Movers stock, Conversion Cost, Cost of poor quality,etc)
- Give inputs for preparation of Product cost of Manufactured Products (COGS)
- Preparation of Annual Expense Budget for production & Cost Analysis on periodical basis.
- Tracking Maintenance Cost on Monthly basis, Reporting & discussion with Management.
- Manage SAP related work eg, Production entries (consumption, production & job-work review), Slow moving / Non-moving stock report
- ICFR Audit - Coordinate with Auditors & Departmental members (Production, Logistics, Maintenance)
- Handling & Resolving of LXP Issues (BOM, Standard Cost Approvals, Material Master Data, Material Write off, Detention Charges at Jhagadia site)
- Tracking & Monitoring of Product Costs, Conversion Costs, etc.
- Supplier Conract Agreement review - Tolling , Sale & Buy Contracts, Job Work etc.Maintain all the records of scrap sale and tolling activities.
