VACANCY DETAILS :-
This roll is primarily responsible for generation of standard MIS reports and preparation of ad-hoc reports based on business needs.
- Ensure timely collection of data and generation of MIS reports
- Extract standard MIS reports from the system
- Ensure timely circulation of MIS reports to concerned stakeholders
- Obtain understanding of various business requirements for development of new MIS reports
- Conduct feasibility study of the new developments and discuss the same with IT team
- Support IT team in designing and development of new MIS reports in system
- Ensure access to MIS reports are provided only to relevant stakeholders
- Communication and change management for newly developed MIS reports
- Prepare ad-hoc MIS reports based on requirements received from business teams and timely circulate reports to concerned teams.
- Coordinate with IT team for new SAP developments, reports new product addition, support on SAP issues on FICO and COPA activities etc.
- Prepare and release standard cost for new products
- Responsible for creating/ maintaining the costing masters (cost/profit center) and ensure periodic clean up to eliminate redundant master data
- Settlement of process orders, plant maintenance orders and any other orders
- Perform the reclassification of costs, cost transfer, assessment cycle run, distribution cycle run, and other activities required as part of the overall cost allocations
- Perform intercompany cost allocations, Intercompany transactions.
- Calculate Actual activity rates for activity types
- Perform actual costing run and inventory valuation
- Calculate and review all variances and ensure appropriate justification is available for all reported variances
- Extract production details from SAP and calculate the cost of production
- Prepare ACAT Report
- Prepare and review budget vs. actual analysis
- Prepare SKU level costing analysis statement
- Ensure all period end activities are completed as per the closing calendar, in coordination with Accounting & Reporting team
- Support in cost audit/ query resolution
- Ensure adherence to company policy and standards in costing processes
- Liaise with business teams, plant teams and corporate teams for MIS reporting related queries and provide clarifications/ resolve queries
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely resolution to queries
- Liaise with Plant teams and A&R team, and provide clarifications/ resolve queries
- Identify improvement opportunities in costing and also participate in new initiatives identified.
