- Preparing legal replies to Notices, attending hearing, providing explanations to Tax authorities (GST / DGGI)
- Preparation & Co-ordination for filing of Appeals before Commissioner (A), CESTAT, etc.
- Handling litigation related activities (Court & Tribunal matters)
- Tax planning with respect to tax cost reduction
- Prepare & File Statutory Returns periodically under GST
- Determination of Credit Eligibility & Tax position on new transactions.
- Prepare Presentations on Taxation matters/tax proposals
