JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Managing MIS reporting of Business Finance function for the internal Business Unit, which includes various financial activities within Lead to Cash Process

Detailed Reporting and analytics of Consolidated results to senior management on monthly & quarterly basis

Preparing and reporting currency impact analysis, salary variance analysis & Various adhoc reports as per management requirement like BSC , Peer Comparison, working for Annual Report, etc.

Assisting in Preparation of Annual General Meeting FAQ and Quarterly Finance FAQ for senior management

Support for monthly and quarterly Sr. management reviews, presentations, data requirements, final disclosure factsheet. etc.

Proactively supporting in Automation & Process improvement initiatives

Interface with other departments for data follow-up and query handling

Interface with subsidiary person of contacts for data follow-up and query handling

Interface with internal and external auditors and query handling

Extracting reports from SAP as per requirement.

Analyzing financial performance of the business unit, creating concise and clear analysis, including variance analysis to senior management on financial issues and performance

Collate, Create & Produce clear reports communicating compelling message both for internal & external stakeholders

Creation of sophisticated data models from raw data collected from different sources & validations

Creation of Executive presentations and dashboard to be presented to Senior Management
