JOB DESCRIPTION :-
We are looking for professionals with strong accounting skills, who are looking forward to making a career in the Finance field. Working with team will offer you a well-rounded experience which will help a professional learn and grow at the same time. Work you’ll do As a part of this team you will be involved with:
•Responsible for creating Projects, based on understanding and interpretation of various financial agreements between US and Host countries.
•Responsible for raising Invoices on Member firms after receiving the requisite approvals.
•Responsible for learning and becoming an expert user in the billing applications – SAP.
•Responsible for end to end maintenance of Projects / WBS codes
•Responsible for generating reports for calculating the stay of the professionals in a foreign country.
•Responsible for corresponding with the GES team, Project controller team.
•Organizing and reviewing all Adhoc requests received in detail and define an action plan around them.
•Prepare journal entries (JEs) as per the process requirement in our internal web application – JE Tool.
•Responsible for monthly and quarterly reports on billings.
•Prepare any other Adhoc reports as required by the management from time to time.
•Interact independently, with the US International Projects Team on the day to day processing, asthe situation demands.
•Responsible for performing the primary reconciliation of Project assignment costs for each accounting period.
•Responsible to perform the quarterly review of all the open items and initiate resolution with the respective stakeholders.
•Being a Business Advisor – Providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders and continuously seeking to enhance the service provided to them.
•Maintain strong and trusting relationship with our stakeholders.
