JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Timely and Accurate Reporting & Analysis
- Assist with the preparation of worldwide management reporting packages including standard & ad hoc reports, metrics and financial data communications
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators
- Identify opportunities for financial improvement and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to Corporate FP&A leaders
- Own and drive global Price/Volume/Mix Analyses
- Work cross functionally to drive process improvements and reporting / analysis automation.
- Systems
- Responsible for learning and becoming proficient in SAP BPC, FIC, FP&A Excel models
- Participate in tasks and training to support Ortho’s implementation of the future Consolidation, Planning and Reporting System
- Become a subject matter expert in Ortho’s Planning & Reporting System including training other users in FP&A modules
- Corporate FP&A processes
- Support the development and improvement of new and existing reports & processes
- Assist Corporate FP&A team is reviewing presentations for senior management including data validation, supporting schedules and additional insights communications
- Drive the roll-forward of files, reports, presentations, input forms and reporting schedules from month to month
- Creating complex excel models and files as per business requirements with help of discussion and instruction from Corporate FP&A team
- Assist with monthly analysis of global expenses and other key financial metrics

Engage with Regional Teams & Global Functions
- Effective and clear communication with regional finance teams for their deliverables
- Liaising with Functional Leads and Teams for planning inputs and monthly analytics
- Partner on initiatives or projects with other Corporate Finance groups including Corporate Accounting, External Reporting, Treasury and Tax
- Ad hoc projects and Other deliverables
- Support ad-hoc projects as required
- Actively seek areas for process improvements and efficiency
- Maintain good working relationships with all parts of the corporate finance groups including to ensure outcomes identified are achieved
- Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement to streamline processes, leverage systems and drive more efficient/effective ways of working within the team
- Leadership Development
- Work closely with junior colleagues within the Corporate Finance team
- Take initiative for their ongoing training and development
- Offer suggestions or alternative ways of completing work to Corporate FP&A from a regional point of view
