JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Updating the Cost sheet monthly/quarterly of CMB customers
- Preparation of weekly reports like - Sales Report tracking against S&OP, Cash Flow tracking etc
- Preparation of Monthly Sales Register, Sales forecast, Monthly S&OP vs Actual Sales
- Generation of Wastage reports for all 3 plants and discuss with respective locations.
- Preparation for Management reports like Business review PPT,Location P&L for previous month, S&OP P&L Current Month.
- Closing review (Dr / Cr. Note), Provision - CMB & CPD
- Sales contract of wipro - release/PO release/MRP update in SAP
- Support in ABP related activity-yearly
- Audit check - CMB basic rate sample checking
- Other operational work including –
- MRP update CMB division in SAP
- Transfer of Budgets
- Generation of Proforma Invoices
- Making data for clearing of Customer and vendors
- ZLAN activity of Purchase team in SAP (Landed Cost)
