JOB DESCRIPTION :-
We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our day-to-day transactions.
Finance Assistant responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining revenue/cost reports and managing invoices. If you have an accounting background and are interested in procedures like accounting, budget preparation, adhoc analysis on revenue etc, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare P&L, balance sheets and cash flow.
- Track and reconcile bank statements.
- Create MIS and other analysis reports (fixed and variable costs).
- Process/verify tax payments
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and operations team as needed
- Provide administrative support during forecast and budget preparation.
- Participate in due diligence, quarterly and annual audits.
- Custodian of various reconciliation on revenue, BRS etc.
