1 Financial Reporting, Audit & Assurance
1.1 Financial Reporting as per Ind AS (to be well versed with IND AS) -
- Timely closing of monthly books of accounts accurately with highest quality and all activities completed within prescribed time;
- Co-ordination with Accounts and cross functional departments in the Plant for carrying out Inventory /Stock valuation in line with IND AS on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information
1.2 Audit & Internal Controls:
- Preparation of audit schedules
- Liaise with Internal & Statutory auditors and ensuring timely completion;
- Assist process teams in automating processes, developing & evaluating internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings and implementing recommendations made by Internal Auditors.
- Liaise with the Cost Auditor & Stock auditors and ensuring timely completion.
2. Annual Operating Plan (AOP):
- Co-ordination with cross functional departments in preparation and finalization of AOP;
3. Management Information System (MIS):
- Preparation of Quarterly Board Presentation on timely basis with all the data analysis and explanations
- Development & Implementation of reports on Budget vs Actual Performance
- Monitoring & Controlling Product Margin & Business Performance in line with Budget
4. Finance:
- Preparation of monthly Stock Statements, receivables and payables ageing analysis for submission to the Banks and filing of quarterly, half-yearly operational reports.
- Overview of BG/LC requirements in coordination with the Business Units.
5. Customer management and credit control:
- Review of Ageing analysis of receivables and submission of reports to the sales team every month in the beginning of the month;
- Regular follow up with the sales & marketing team on collections and review with management as per company policies viz. weekly/monthly etc.,
