JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Assist in preparation/review of various data points / returns to be submitted at various frequencies to regulators, namely RBI
Review of existing process for extraction of data for above submission & automating the requirements through coordination with IT teams by preparing BRDS & assisting with doing UAT on the Reports developed by the I T.
Preparation/ Review of Returns in respect of above to be submitted to RBI
Coordination with Internal as well as Statutory Auditors for timely completion of Audits.
Understanding of various corporate governance regulations such as BR Act / RBI regulations etc. relating to CRR/SLR/DICGC/PSL/Advances/ Deposits etc
