POST NAME - Accounts Executive 
QUALIFICATION - B.Com/M.Com/MBA
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION - CMA Inter
EXPERIENCE - 3 To 5 Years
LOCATION - Madurai

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
  • To assist in the preparation of Marketing Budget both Domestic and Export.
  • Compile the Actual Expenses from ERP for the month and till date, compare with Budget and prepare the Variance Report.
  • Preparing / forecasting P&L
  • Customer profitability
  • Assist with data to enable decision making on resource investment
  • Maintain tracking of Budgets month on month
  • Ensure correct expenses capturing procedure
  • Provide commercial clearance for bundling, schemes , offers etc.,
  • Analyse the reason for Variance along with Marketing Team
  • Compiling the Domestic and Export Outstanding every fortnight from ERP and communicate the same to Domestic and Export Marketing team and get feedback on outstanding.
  • Check the Incentives payable to Dealers and Marketing Executives thoroughly by checking the Sales Invoices in the ERP and ensure payments made are correct.
  • To interact with Domestic and Export Marketing on MIS Reports for Outstanding Reports.
