JOB DESCRIPTION :-
• Review and analyze financial statements, annual reports, quarterly results, and other corporate disclosures of listed companies.
• Identify financial red flags, unusual transactions, accounting irregularities, and indicators of potential fraud or misreporting.
• Conduct detailed financial ratio analysis, trend analysis Examine auditor qualifications, corporate governance concerns, related-party transactions, and other risk indicators.
• Prepare detailed surveillance reports, investigation notes, and analytical summaries for management review.
• Lead investigations relating to suspected financial fraud, earnings manipulation, accounting anomalies, and disclosure violations.
