SALARY - Rs. 30,000 To 45,000/- PM
LOCATION - Delhi
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
• Prepare monthly P&L for each outlet and channel (retail, Blinkit, D2C, gifting)
• Run production costing: cost per kg for each SKU from the central kitchen, and its transfer to outlets
• Allocate rent, staff, utilities, wastage and overheads to each outlet
• Track sales month on month and outlet against outlet
• Flag loss-making outlets, SKUs and channels, and explain why
• Maintain clean books across two entities and coordinate with our CA on GST and compliance
• Present a monthly MIS report directly to the owner
