JOB DESCRIPTION :-
As a Cost Accountant, you will own service and process costing, analyse variances, and give the business clear visibility into the cost of delivering shared services.
Key Responsibilities
Costing & Allocation
- Maintain standard costs and cost allocations across shared-service functions
- Track and analyse cost per transaction and cost per FTE
- Reconcile cost centres to the general ledger
Variance & Analysis
- Run variance analysis on labour, overhead, and vendor spend
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-efficiency reviews
- Surface cost-saving opportunities for global stakeholders
