JOB DESCRIPTION :-
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to support credit control, receivables management, customer onboarding, commercial operations, and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage customer credit limits, periodic reviews, receivables, ageing analysis, and collection follow-ups.
- Ensure timely customer onboarding, KYC verification, document validation, and master data governance.
- Coordinate balance confirmations, account settlements, and CTS/security cheque management.
- Prepare MIS reports, business dashboards, collection reports, ageing reports, and analytical reviews.
- Handle bank reconciliations and resolve transaction-related discrepancies.
- Process customer schemes, discounts, credit notes, debit notes, and commercial accounting activities in SAP.
- Maintain customer records, scheme trackers, pricing circulars, and statutory documentation.
- Support internal audits, compliance reviews, governance processes, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, customers, HO teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations, including customer visits and stock verification activities.
