JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The candidate will support day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and investment accounting activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily banking transactions in QuickBooks Online and assign them to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Enter customer and vendor invoices and match invoices with corresponding bank payments.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Execute trade bookings, reconcile trades, and investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks using MS Data.
- Manage End-of-Day (EOD) estimates and post manual journal entries in Enfusion.
- Prepare 1099 data and assist in filing returns through Tax.com.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, financial controls, and company procedures.
