POST NAME - Executive Factory Accounting
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA/MBA/M.Com/ B.Com
EXPERIENCE - 4 To 8 Years
LOCATION - Sonipat, Haryana
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1 Handle invoice, bill, and document processing, including bill set preparation, checking, stamping, scanning, and SAP attachment.
2. Manage MIRO parking/posting, MIGO verification, STO transfers, and PO-related transactions in SAP.
3. Process contractor, warehouse, service, and business support bills with proper verification and documentation.
4. Conduct vendor reconciliation, payment processing, and follow-up for timely closure of outstanding transactions.
5. Manage monthly penalty deductions, electricity & cleaning expenses, cash vouchers, and other accounting entries.
6. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation in line with internal controls and compliance requirements.
7. Conduct physical and surprise audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
8. Prepare and maintain Plant MIS, trackers, dashboards, and pending task reports.
9. Update and monitor Sparsh production data, electricity trading, RGP, mess consumption, and other plant-related MIS.
10. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for bill verification, reconciliation, documentation, payments, and timely resolution of issues.
