JOB DESCRIPTION :-
To manage the commercial and accounting activities of the R&D Centre by ensuring timely procurement processing, accurate accounting, project cost monitoring, budget tracking, capitalization of R&D expenditure, and preparation of management reports in coordination with the Corporate Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement coordination & SAP-based PO management
• Vendor invoice processing & GRN creation
• Project accounting, cost control & capitalization of R&D expenditure
• MIS reporting & monthly financials
• Trial balance preparation, ledger scrutiny & vendor reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, audits & internal controls
