JOB DESCRIPTION :-
A 2.5 years Business Controlling trainee program for a qualified CMA is designed to transition you from an academic understanding of cost and management accounting into a strategic finance
partner.
The program builds a comprehensive background by rotating you through core finance functions while teaching you how to drive business profitability, control costs, and influence management
strategy as follows. This program primarily focus on following areas of business controlling.
Financial Analysis: Analyze monthly variances between actual spend and Forecast/budgets to identify risks.
Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for management.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process and update rolling financial forecasts.
Internal Controls: Monitor and improve financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
Digital Transformation: Drive the automation of repetitive financial tasks using modern digital tools.
Data Visualization: Build dynamic dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in real time.
Process Optimization: Streamline accounting workflows and maximize the efficiency of financial tools.
Cost Center Controlling:
o Track departmental expenses and product costing to identify savings opportunities.
o Perform cost center planning and analysis, as well as the calculation of absorption for regulatory purposes.
o Plan, analyze, and provide insights on dedicated cost centers for their owners.
o Calculate and post business provisions (e.g., penalties, warranty) and accruals.
o Approve indirect purchase orders, incoming invoices, and investments for dedicated cost centers.
o Manage the maintenance and month-end closing process for cost distribution cycles in SAP.
