POST NAME - Manager Finance & Accounts
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 5 Years
LOCATION - Gandhinagar
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Financial Reporting & Analysis - Prepare MIS, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis. Maintain of accounts and fratice financial statements.
Statutory & Compliance - Ensure timely compliance of GST, TDS and other statutory requirements including tuns cillations and refunds
Finance Operations - Oversee costing, inventory accounting, BOM, standard coating, variance analysis and product profitability
Banking & Treasury - Manage banking relationships, working capital, cash flow, fund flow, credit limits and management
Accounts Payable & Receivable - Manage APIAR pipelines, vendor & customer concilations and collections
Audit & Governance - Coordinate with internal, statutory tax and Secretarial auditors. Strengthen internal controls and ensure risk management.
Business Partnering - Provide data-driven insights to management for strategic decision making and business growth
Team Leadership - Lead, mentor and develop the finance to build capability and accountability.
