objective to establish and operate state of the art environment friendly and energy efficient Natural Gas based Fertilizer Complex (Ammonia-Urea) of 2200 MTPD Ammonia and 3850 MTPD Urea (1.27 MMTPA neem coated urea) at Namrup, Assam and simultaneously market their products, thus spurring economic growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) shall be the overall head of the Finance & Accounts function of the Company and must have
experience in devising financial strategy, policy formulation, financial planning, budgeting, costing, treasury management, resource mobilization, working capital management, financial control, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory and corporate requirements. The incumbent shall support the Board and Management in
strategic financial decision-making and ensure robust financial governance, internal controls, risk management, and
regulatory compliance.
The CFO shall be responsible for accounting, audit (including C&AG audit), MIS, treasury operations, project finance,
foreign currency transactions, consortium banking, ERP/SAP systems, company secretarial coordination, trading and
logistics, taxation and Internal Controls, etc. The role includes scrutiny of financial proposals,Board and Committee agenda/ resolutions, and implementation of systems and process improvements.
