JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to-
a. Strategic financial planning Formulate and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth, profitability, and sustainability.
b. Budgeting and cost control Preparation of annual budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure adherence to cost optimization measures.
c. Corporate governance Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, board directives, and internal governance frameworks.
d. Financial reporting Oversee timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and disclosures for management and regulatory bodies.
e. Treasury and fund management Manage cash flows, investments, borrowings, and relationships with banks/financial institutions.
f. Taxation and regulatory compliance Supervise direct and indirect tax matters, ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other fiscal laws.
g. Project finance Evaluate project proposals, conduct financial feasibility studies, and arrange funding for capital projects.
h. Audit and risk management Coordinate internal and external audits, strengthen internal controls, and mitigate financial risks.
i. Procurement Procedures Evaluate procurement proposals, tendering, its evaluation as per laid down Guidelines.
j. Team leadership Guide and mentor finance teams, foster professional development, and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration. Monitor and carry Internal auditing, statutory auditing,
CAG audit.
k. Prepare annual financial plan to achieve the targets set by management and MoU targets of the company.
