JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Analytical mindset with experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial planning, and the use of business intelligence tools and dashboards.
2. Strong knowledge of corporate governance, internal controls, risk management acumen.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decision-making.
4. High degree of integrity, accountability, and ownership.
5. Technical expertise in accounting standards (Ind AS), taxation, statutory audits, and financial reporting.
6. Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills to effectively manage large multidisciplinary teams.
