JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The Project Officer will support end-to-end planning, implementation, monitoring of project activities and reporting outcomes. The role requires strong understanding of project lifecycle & management, communication skills (both written & oral), coordination with multiple stakeholders, tracking of physical and financial progress against approved deliverables, and providing techno-administrative support to the Program Management Unit (PMU).
Key Responsibilities :
1. Provide techno-administrative support for project management, monitoring, and PMU operations
2. Coordination with various agencies and stakeholders for collaborative activities
3. Organize and facilitate meetings, reviews, workshops, and prepare minutes and follow-up action reports
4. Monitor physical and financial progress against approved action plans and timelines
5. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports, MIS, notes and presentations
6. Support formulation of guidelines, plans, SOPs, and related project documents
7. Manage financial processes including release of Grant-in-Aid (GIA), examination of Utilization Certificates (UCs), audited statements, PFMS updates, and tracking of financial progress
8. Oversee project website management including content updates, documentation uploads, and information dissemination
