The present amalgamated company was formed subsequent to the acquisition of 49.7% stake in erstwhile Max Healthcare Institute Limited by Radiant Life Care Pvt. Ltd. ( “Radiant”) and the amalgamation of Max Healthcare with Radiant thereafter. The amalgamated entity assumed the name Max Healthcare Institute limited. Prior to the amalgamation, Radiant was led and promoted by Abhay Soi.
The role is responsible for maintaining accurate cost accounting records, supporting internal and external audits, and providing Management Information System (MIS) reports to help management monitor and optimize operational and production costs. The position plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, compliance, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monthly Closing Activities for Costing Profit & Loss statement.
- Costing Data Interpretation and presentation.
- Implementation of Activity based costing system
- Responsible for maintaining the cost center accounting.
- Rollout the Costing software MS- Navision at new Hospitals
- Maintenance of the cost accounting records as per Company Act 2013 on Quarterly Basis
- Appointment process compliance of Cost Auditor
- Cost Audit on Half yearly and Yearly Basis
- Consolidation of (Pan Max) Costing Records
- Filling Cost Audit Report to MCA
- Comparative study of unit wise /specialty wise analysis
- Ensure marginal costing of products and tracking of cost.
- Perform the Variance analysis with reasons of Material cost, Direct Costman power cost and Other Indirect cost
- To timely provide all MIS/profitability Analysis to meet home office data requirements
- To ensure timely and accurate reporting of MIS and Profitability statements and assist in decision-making exercise with value proposition.
- To responsible for Material cost analysis and store consumption analysis on monthly basis
- To responsible for Procedure cost analysis
