JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Management Trainee – MIS & Costing to support the finance team in preparing MIS reports, analyzing costs, monitoring budgets, and assisting in business performance reporting. The candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and cost control.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze financial and operational data for management review.
- Assist in product costing, cost sheets, and variance analysis.
- Monitor expenses and compare actual costs with budgets.
- Support inventory costing and stock reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with departments for timely collection of business data.
- Maintain reporting formats, dashboards, and Excel databases.
- Assist in month-end closing and audit-related activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
