Support central functions in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial modeling, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term strategic plan.
Support in providing detailed spend analysis to business units and leaders, helping them understand key drivers of financial movements
Collaborate across all businesses and regions to ensure consistency of FP&A processes with central requirements for your respective areas.
Support the global FA’s on providing insights on the queries raised, on case-to-case basis.
Perform financial modeling for central functions and provide insightful analysis for decision-making.
Identify risks and opportunities and develop a mitigation plan collaborating with the relevant stakeholders.
