The Cost Management Accountant (CMA) will be responsible for managing cost analysis, budgeting, financial planning, expense control, and profitability analysis for the organization. The role focuses on improving financial efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain cost sheets, budgets, and financial reports.
- Analyze operational costs and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Monitor departmental expenses and ensure budget compliance.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and planned costs.
- Assist management in financial planning and forecasting.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
