- To ensure timely and correct updation of revenue invoices & collection records received from customer in the company books
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation with customers
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and Forecast activity related to revenue
- Resolution of disputes raised by the customer within the specified TATs
- Circulate monthly Statement of Accounts to internal & external customers and follow up for closure of pending invoices
- To control and assure revenue applying specified validation checks
- To reduce revenue leakages
- To lead Revenue Enhancement and Process improvement projects
