JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Performing all maintenance activities such as Capitalizations, retirements, Transfers, sale of assets and asset adjustments
- Take care of Supplies, Maintenance and Repair and Fixtures capital cost review and manual capitalizations
- Need to perform end to end accounting and reporting (PP&E Roll-Forwards) activities for fixed assets.
- prepare journal entries and account reconciliations on a period basis according to established schedule.
- Prepare and maintain schedules and supporting documentation needed for management, internal and external reporting, internal and external auditors, and SOX requirements.
- Publishing month end dash boards and process metrics to the management.
- Assist with quarterly reviews/year-end audits with internal, external and regulatory auditors.
- Coordinate work with Off-shore resources.
