1. P & B Exercise (VFY Plant)
- Co-ordination activities for collecting data
- Analyzing the data for product costing
- Make cost sheet of next 3 years (data forecasting abilities)
- Monthwise Budget of next year in CMIS format (upto PBDT Level)
- Knowledge of SAP FICO module
- Understanding of variance analysis
2. Cost Audit Report
- Maintain Cost Audit Records of Caustic & Power Plant.
- Get it audited through external auditor
3. Insurance port folio
- Annual Policy renewal
- Claim registration and settlement procedure (liaisoning with Ins. Co, Surveyor & brokers)
- Declarations & Refund procedure
4. Presentation to Management (Chemical)
- P&B Presentation
- BRC Presentation
- Monthly VC for Business Head
5. Quarterly Updation of Chemical Budget
- Co-ordination activities for collecting data
- Analyzing the data with current scenario
- Revising LE figures of CMIS
6. MIS Reports / Activities (Chemical)
- Daily Report to Grasim & SBUs Office
- Checking of SAP figures entered from Plant
