The F&A Transitions team is primarily responsible for managing the movement/transition of work from the CMA CGM Group Agencies / HO or from any entity within the group, into the Global Business Service Centres across India and transfer of work within the Global Business Service Centres. The Team works in close collaboration with the HO GBS team (responsible for Transformation and Transition), and majorly contributes towards building the GBS with respect to People and Processes
Primary purpose of the role
- To execute & independently manage all process transitions across all SSC sites, as per the Transition Plan provided by HO every Year, using a structured Project Management approach and ensuring that the work/process is transferred in line with guidelines prescribed by HO.
Key Accountabilities:
1 Planning, management and delivery of outsourcing transition projects
2 Monitoring and reporting of project plan, costs incurred vs budget and FTE/ Cost benefits delivered.
3 Hands-on project management of the outsourcing of activities to a desired location.
4 Monitoring of scope standardization and shaping of change management actions to drive levels of standardization up.
5 Reporting on Outsourcing ratios and other global indicators
6 Management of resources onboarded to support the transition of activities as and when necessary.
7 Building a structured project plan in coordination with HO & other stakeholders.
8 Ensure SSC delivery team and agency readiness for the work transfer.
10 Process analysis/study to compare with the HO process guidelines. (Gap Analysis)
11 Change management and process alignment in accordance with the Group Core Model & SSC Standards
12 Risk assessment and mitigation plan.
13 Ensure proper process documentation and sign off from appropriate stakeholder to Ensure Robust Communication and reporting during the project phase
14 Go-Live support to ensure seamless work transfer.
