JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Review of routine compliances under GST viz. GSTR1 & GSTR3B Returns & Refunds filed
2. Review of Indirect Tax data submitted for Stat. Audit & Tax Audits viz. Schedule of Taxes Paid, Reconciliation of ITC, Refunds received, Contingent Liability on Litigations
3. Review of Annual GST Returns
4. Managing GST Audits & coordination with Tax Office & consultants for the same
5. Managing appeals for GST/ Pre GST demands/ refund rejections
6. Assisting in counselling business on Indirect Tax/ GST implications of cross border deals as well as Business Restructuring options
7. Updating litigation tracker for Indirect Tax & making risk assessments basis merits
8. Supporting on Direct Tax Compliance review-: WHT Tax, Advance Tax, Tax Audit, TP Audit
