JOB DESCRIPTION :-
The Oracle application Finance functional is responsible for managing entire range of Oracle EBS R12 Financials modules such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Cash Management and India localization (GST). Provide support, enhancement as well as management and coordination of Oracle financial modules. Provide resolution to Sub ledger and General ledger reconciliation items and to ensure smooth closure of finance month end closing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below.
1. Mandatory to have good functional knowledge and Hands-on experience on Oracle EBS financials (R12) modules such as AR,AP,GL,FA & CE
2. Proficient in Indian localizations (GST) setup and maintenance.
3. Proficient in Sub ledger vs GL reconciliations.
4. Proficient to identity the business vs application gaps and solution designing.
5. Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process
6. Strong conceptualization skills, well versed with functional setups
7. Proficient in writing Functional Design Documents; Well versed with AIM documentation templates and standards
8. Deep product knowledge accumulated with involvement in on- site implementation/ support of Oracle Applications ERP
9. Should be able to identify gaps in the solution and design solutions to bridge these gaps
10. Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
11. Basic knowledge of SQL,PL/SQL needed
12. Extremely self-motivated and self-learner.
13. Ability to work within IT and business team
14. Ability to plan and deliver cost effective results
15. Excellent English verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
16. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
17. Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team
18. Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business models and Organization structures
19. Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
