Proven experience in budgeting including detailed project budgeting and analysis, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and budget management software.
Prepare/develop necessary reporting, and documentation for the budgets.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial issues.

- Assisting in determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans & take a lead role in the day-to-day planning and execution of internal audits
- Identifying risks associated with business and evaluating controls in place to mitigate those risks
- Provide value addition in terms of cost savings, revenue recognition
- Solid understanding of risk and control concepts & ability to apply these concepts to evaluate their adequacy and effectiveness at each level
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgment skills. Well conversant in using SAP with practical experience in addition to use of MS Office
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Methodical and systematic in creating and maintaining working papers & backup documents
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)
- Capable of working independently and with minimum supervision
