JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Plan and perform revenue assurance activities for the business, ensuring that revenue is recognized in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
- Review contracts, capture critical inputs, and highlight clauses that can impact revenue recognition treatment
- Prepare MIS by revenue streams correctly and completely and assist in identifying potential risks and opportunities
Invoicing:
- Undertake the invoicing process ensuring that invoices are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and indirect tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that invoices are issued and processed in a timely manner
- Manage collections and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payment
Indirect Taxes/GST Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with indirect tax laws and regulations, including GST
- To be aware of the latest changes and potential impact on existing processes and revenues
- To ensure that the company is not losing out on all available tax credits and benefits
- Work with internal and external tax advisors and auditors to manage tax audits and provide full support for assessments
- Set up and maintain effective indirect tax processes and controls
Financial Reporting:
- Identify KPIs and prepare dashboards to ensure accurate and timely reporting of the various O2C metrics
- Prepare periodic, monthly, quarterly, and annual statements and reports for submissions to stakeholders as required
- Work with cross-functional teams for data/MIS and analysis
