This position requires a background in finance, coupled with a sound understanding of Financial Metrics.
KEYPERFORMANCE AREAS
• Tracking of Employee Cost on Actuals vs Budgets.
• Financial Insights and analysis to support decision making related to Employee Cost.
• Productivity Analysis and Dashboard Management.
• Identifying Cost Saving Opportunities.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for HR programs and initiatives.
• Monitor and control HR-related expenses to align with the overall financial goals of the organization.
