2. Regular review and audit of warehouses processess and providing support on infrastructure requirements vide CAPEX/OPEX,
3. Introduction of new Vendors, Negotiations with Vendors for competitive rates
4. Timely clearance of Vendor Invoices and GST reconciliation,
5. Prepare regular, and accurate status progress reports – MIS and traceability dashboards,
6. Regular reveiw with internal stakeholders CFA and Transporter for SLA adherence and perforamce monitoring,
7. Regular review of spent against the budgets and presenting variance analysis on monthly basis with pathways,
8. Depot level Gift Management, distribution and on time delivery to eligible dealers,Coordinating for events like dealer/contractor meets,
9. Regular co-ordination with sales and service teams for resolution of any red flags,
10. Ensure adherance to all complainces as per Govt Statutes,
11. Ensure successful implementation and regular usage of Technologies like Warehouse Management System, Transport Management System and Barcode Scanning in warehouse operations,
12. Tracking throughput of the operations and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity at warehouse.
