Cost Planning - ABP and LTP target setting for KPIs, cost and other operating parameters in collaboration with business process owner / sites and development of apex level picture
• Cost Review and control - Ensuring review of cost, Finding and analyzing root cause for deviation wrt plan, Corrective and preventive action planning for cost deviation.
• Strategic Cost management - Analyzing the domestic and international competitors cost and financial performance, gaps wrt TSL; Benchmarking KPIs ; Monitoring strategic shifts and long term cost implications; Long term trend analysis
• Facilitating decision making and generating insights of Corporate significance - • Make vs buy • Opportunity loss analysis • Inter site benchmarking and analysis of Operating KPIs & cost and finding opportunity for improvements • Deep dive into specific cost area/element
