(i) Finance and Accounts: Finalizing the annual accounts in compliance with all 

statutory requirements and Accounting Standards, Dealing with Internal and 

Statutory Auditors/CAG, MIS. 

(ii) Costing & Budgeting: Costing, Capital and Revenue Budgeting, MIS. 

(iii) Financial Management / Funds management: Treasury management that includes investment of surplus funds, liaison with financial institutions for fund based/non-fund based facilities/ Forex management. 

(iv) Taxation: Corporate Taxation, Direct and Indirect Taxation, GST compliances 

upto assessment.
