JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Cost Account Management - to work on cost records and prepare conciliation periodically
- Ensuring all purchases/expense bills are received and properly booked in Tally along with narrations.
- Inventory monitoring Inward & Outward
- Inventory auditing on timely manner
- GRN Vs Purchase register to be reconcile
- GST Accounting and review of all bills for proper credit under GST
- GST and TDS Calculations.
- Petty Cash Management
- New vendor registration in system
- To carry out other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
