JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Prospective Candidate will handle Modern Trade Partners end-to-end Commercial operations primarily:
- Reconciliation of accounts of Modern Trade chains
- Co- ordination with Modern Trade chain’s accounts team for timely closure of open items
- Close co- ordination with internal stakeholders like Supply Chain team, sales team etc. for timely closure of open items
- Ensure timely processing of Scheme/promotional Credit notes
- Guide the outsourced team in their day to day activated and review their assignments of modern trade chains
- Ensure timely receipting and matching of each payments
- Regular MIS on open items and actions for closure
- Lead automation projects with IT and ensure its implementation to move non-value added activities bots.
- Agreement finalization and Code creation for new stores for modern trade chains or stores
- Visit to modern trade chains and Warehouse if required for closure of open items
- Ensure timely closure of GST and TDS / TCS reconciliation with chains.
- Ensure that DSO and Accounts Receivable is under agreed target with all above activities
- Preparing MIS for Open items and for other management reporting purpose.
